Step 1.

This set of 3 questions will guide you towards reality:

  • How do you actually spend your time each week?

  • Where do you naturally spend your money?

  • What do you consistently find energising or inspiring?


Find below a real example you can relate to, for a better understanding:

  • Integrity (company/CEO)

  • Family Connection (manager)

  • Personal Growth (employee)


Step 2.
Build the Value Bridges

How does living by the company’s value serve me in my own top values?
How can my top values help the company live its values more authentically?

Example:

Integrity → Family Time: Integrity builds trust, which allows delegation and time freedom.

  • Family Time → Personal Development: Balanced managers mentor better, empowering employee growth.

  • Personal Development → Integrity: Self-growth strengthens ethical awareness and authenticity.


Step 3.

Commit to Align the actions

Examples:

  • CEO: “Hold transparent leadership Q&As to model integrity.”

  • Manager: “Delegate one task weekly to build trust and protect family time.”

  • Employee: “Share one learning insight weekly that supports both my growth and the team’s integrity.


Why is so crucial to align everyone's values and create bridges?
